      Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders Ship M-F. Orders placed before 12pm EST, will typically ship within 1 business day, unless an item is on backorder:

      If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

      To initiate a return, please contact Nanit Customer Care at help@nanit.com or call 1-866-MYNANIT (1-866-696-2648) to begin the RMA process.

      If returning a Nanit product, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label. The returned product(s) must be received by Nanit within 10 days of obtaining your RMA number.

      Return Policy Guidelines

      To ensure your refund is processed correctly, please note the following:

      • Product(s) must have been originally purchased from www.nanit.com. Items purchased from other retailers or websites must be returned to their original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
      • Customers assume all risk of loss or damage when shipping their return to Nanit.
      • Returned product(s) must be in their original packaging and in good physical condition, with all parts included.
      • A restocking fee will apply as outlined below and will be deducted from your refund:
      • $15 for all orders including a camera and/or stand
      • $10 for all other orders, including gift cards and partner products
      • If a product is returned to Nanit (a) without an RMA number, (b) beyond the 10-day RMA period, or (c) without proper packaging, Nanit reserves the right to refuse delivery or charge additional restocking fees.

      Once your return is received by our warehouse, it will take 3–5 business days to verify the return. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

      A Nanit insights plan is not required to use the Nanit Pro Baby Monitor. You'll still be able to use the monitor and access core features including the high-quality live stream video, real-time sound and motion notifications, background audio, Breathing Motion Monitoring, temperature + humidity tracking, two-way audio, white noise and nature sounds, and up to two users with adjustable permissions, all via your Nanit App and an Internet connection. You can also use the nightlight feature, share your video feed with up to one family member, friend, or caregiver, and collaborate with your additional users to support your little one best.

      Both the Nanit Floor Stand and the Nanit Wall Mount provide a bird’s-eye view of your crib, along with safe cable management. The Floor Stand provides a bit more flexibility since it can be used in free-standing mode to monitor babies in cribs or bassinets that are not located directly against a wall. For accurate Insights, the Floor Stand is recommended to be placed on the long side of the crib. However, if you have a toddler that moves around a bit more, the Wall Mount might be a better idea.

      Yes. While an overhead mount is recommended for nightly use, Breathing Motion Monitoring is available while using the Flex Stand.

      No. In order for Nanit’s algorithms to track your baby’s sleep patterns, your Nanit Pro Camera must be positioned in the Floor Stand or overhead in the Wall Mount.

      Yes! You can easily snap Nanit out of its overhead mount and then snap it into the Nanit Flex Stand. This portable design allows you to bring Nanit to the next room or take it on the go. Keep in mind that sleep analytics are more limited with the Flex Stand, and that it offers a 130° view instead of a full overhead view. Nanit remembers up to 10 WiFi networks and reconnects in seconds once you’re back home. One thing to note, however, is that it will only connect to WiFi networks that are private and secure.

      Yes! In addition to your smartphone, the Nanit app is available for devices like iPad and Android tablets.

      Yes! With the Nanit, you check in on your baby with Alexa. You can see your live video stream and hear audio. You can also ask Alexa about your baby’s night, including how and when your baby slept, how many times you took them out of the crib, when they woke up, about your baby’s sleep stats, and even turn on their nightlight. More ways to see your child include Google Home* and webstreaming on my.nanit.com*.
