What is a Nanit Insights plan?
A Nanit insights plan unlocks the power of the Nanit Pro camera with personalized analytics access. Unlock even more features when you switch to a Memories or Milestones insights plan.
Why should I switch plans?
There are three tiers to Nanit’s insights plan: Sleep (base), Memories (most popular), and Milestone (premium). Our middle (Memories) and top tier (Milestones) provide more access to sleep data, video captures, and increased users.
Switching plans will give you an advantage in a few areas:
- Video Clips - Get access to your Nanit video history for longer periods of time, 30 days with Insights Memories or unlimited access with Insights Milestonesd.
- Video History - This allows users to scroll back through every second of the most recent few days to see what Nanit captured, whether or not that moment was automatically saved as a Video Clip. Insights Memories subscribers can view up to 2 days of past full Video History, and Insights Milestones subscribers can view up to 7 full days.
- Bigger parenting team - Increase your Nanit parenting team, invite up to 10 members with Insights Premium or up to 50 with Insights Ultimate.
- Save more Memories - Don't let these special moments get lost! Save up to 200 Memories with Insights Memories or unlimited Memories with Insights Milestones!

Is a Nanit Insights plan required to use my Nanit Smart Baby Monitor?
A Nanit Insights plan is not required to use the Nanit Smart Baby Monitor You'll still be able to use the monitor and access core features including the high-quality live stream video, real-time sound and motion notifications, background audio, Breathing Motion Monitoring, temperature + humidity tracking, two-way audio, white noise and nature sounds, and up to two users with adjustable permissions, all via your Nanit App and an Internet connection. You can also use the nightlight feature, share your video feed with up to one family member, friend, or caregiver, and collaborate with your additional users to support your baby best.
