1. Agreement to Official Rules. The Nanit Review Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is a series of separate monthly sweepstakes (each, a "Monthly Sweepstakes"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. Monthly Sweepstakes. Each Monthly Sweepstakes is a separate promotion with its own entry period, drawing, and prize. Each Monthly Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of that month (each, an "Entry Period"). The first Monthly Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2026. Monthly Sweepstakes will continue until Sponsor posts notice on this page that the Sweepstakes has ended, and any Monthly Sweepstakes then in progress will be completed. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry and own or use a Nanit product or service. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its review platform providers, and its advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.

(a) Review Entry. During an Entry Period, submit a written review of a Nanit product or service through the review link in a Sponsor email or the review feature on nanit.com. Each review submitted in accordance with these Official Rules earns one (1) entry, whether or not Sponsor publishes it. Reviews posted on third-party sites, including Amazon, Google, and retailer sites, are not entries.

(b) Limits. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period. Additional entries in the same Entry Period are void. Entries are eligible only for the drawing for the Entry Period in which they are received and do not carry over. Entries made by automated or programmed means are void. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Reviews.

(a) Honest Reviews. All reviews are welcome, positive or otherwise. Entry, eligibility, and prize award do not depend in any way on the rating, content, or sentiment of a review.

(b) Review Standards. Each review must reflect the entrant's own genuine experience with the product or service, must be written by the entrant (not generated by AI or written by someone else), and must comply with Sponsor's review guidelines and Terms of Use posted at nanit.com. Sponsor may disqualify, decline to publish, or remove a review that violates those guidelines, but will not do so based on its rating or sentiment.

(c) Disclosure. Sponsor may display any published review with a notice that the reviewer was entered into a sweepstakes in connection with the review.

(d) Ownership and Use. Entrants retain ownership of their reviews. Sponsor's use of reviews is governed by Sponsor's Terms of Use.

6. Drawings. Within ten (10) business days after each Entry Period ends, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or by a computer program that selects at random.

7. Prizes and Odds.

(a) Prizes. One (1) prize will be awarded in each Monthly Sweepstakes. The prize is a $100 (USD) digital gift card, issuer selected by Sponsor (approximate retail value ("ARV") $100). Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions.

(b) Conditions. Limit one (1) prize per person in any twelve (12) month period. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

(c) Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

8. Winner Notification. Sponsor will notify each potential winner by email within five (5) business days after the drawing. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to confirm eligibility. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period. Prizes will be delivered by email within four (4) weeks after verification.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, you release Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties"), from all claims arising out of the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of a prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Sponsor Rights. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Rules. If fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated, Sponsor will award the prize for the affected Entry Period at random from eligible entries received before termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of the Sweepstakes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.nanit.com/legal/privacy.

13. Winners List. For the name of the winner for an Entry Period, email entertowin@nanit.com with "Nanit Review Sweepstakes Winner" in the subject line and the applicable Entry Period in the body within sixty (60) days after that Entry Period ends.
