REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS
The Refer a Friend Offer is valid in areas in which Nanit is sold. No substitutions or cash equivalent. Cannot be combined with other discounts or with cash. Referral must result in purchase of Nanit Camera & Floor Stand or Nanit Camera & Wall Mount to receive “Reward”.
Redeeming the Offer
To redeem, Referred Friend must place their first-time Nanit order using the Referrer's personal link at checkout on nanit.com with a payment method accepted by Nanit at the time of order, and the offer amount will be taken off of minimum orders of $200.
For each Referred Friend that successfully places their first-time Nanit order using Referrer's personal link, the Referrer will receive a referral incentive (“Referral Reward”). The Referrer's Referral Reward will be delivered via email pending a forty-five (45) day review period (“Review Period”) after the Referred Friend places his or her first-time order. The Referral Award will be delivered up to five (5) business days from the conclusion of the Review Period. The Referral Reward is set by Nanit in its sole discretion and is subject to change at any time. The Referral Reward may vary by market or within a particular market. Nanit, at its sole discretion, may make available certain promotions with different Referral Rewards. These promotions, unless offered to you, shall have no bearing whatsoever on your Agreement or relationship with Nanit.
In the event of a dispute, all redemptions will be deemed to have been redeemed by the owner of the e-mail account used to place the order that is associated with the offer's redemption. For these purposes, the e-mail account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to the e-mail address by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account.

Nanit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take action against anyone it finds to be tampering with the operation of the offer or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion. Any who engage in any Prohibited Uses or otherwise violate these Official Rules, may be inhibited from redeeming any future offer, or from using Nanit’s services altogether, in Nanit’s sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Nanit reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nanit’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
