Meet Pro Parent Gabrielle Ayala

My husband and I have two beautiful Nanit users, our almost 3 year old son and 9 month old daughter.

What does your bedtime routine usually look like?

With our 9 month old we do a breastfeed (me) or bottle-feed (husband), read some books, put her in her sleep sack and (try) to place her to bed drowsy, but awake.

Why Nanit?

Peace of mind! We love the Breathing Wear for the little one, and the ability to monitor both kids from anywhere with Split Screen is key. My favorite app feature is Breathing Motion Monitoring, I use the breathing rate to know when she's in deep sleep or moving.

What tips or advice would you share with first-time parents?

It gets better, one day you will sleep again, but it all takes time.
