Ever wish you had some kind of handy tool that told you – in detail – exactly how much sleep your baby needed for their specific age range? Something that scheduled out naps, daytime feeds, wind-down times and bedtimes based on when you wanted your child to wake up in the morning?

Well, parents, your wish is our command! We’re thrilled to introduce Nanit’s new Baby Sleep Schedule Generator. As its name implies, the Baby Sleep Schedule Generator is a helpful tool on our website that generates a personalized sleep schedule for your little snoozer.

How exactly does it work? All you have to do is enter your baby’s birthday or due date, followed by their wake-up time. Then our generator goes to work, customizing a sleep schedule with details on everything from naptimes and daytime feeds to bathtimes and bedtimes. You’ll get scientifically backed sleep tips and recommendations with every schedule. And the tool also generates sleep schedules for preterm babies.

Everything in the tool was created in collaboration with our team of certified pediatric sleep experts. So you can rest assured that your schedule was designed to give your baby the very best sleep.

The schedule is printable. It’s accessible online or via your phone or tablet. We can even email you an updated schedule every month as your baby’s sleep needs change. It’s like a dream come true.
