No. In order for Nanit’s algorithms to track your baby’s sleep patterns, your Nanit Pro Camera must be positioned in the Floor Stand or overhead in the Wall Mount.
Yes! You can easily snap Nanit out of its overhead mount and then snap it into the Nanit Flex Stand, allowing you to bring Nanit to the next room or take it on the go. Keep in mind that sleep analytics are more limited with the Flex Stand, and that it offers a 130° view instead of a full overhead view. Nanit remembers up to 10 WiFi networks and reconnects in seconds once you’re back home. One thing to note, however, is that it will only connect to WiFi networks that are private and secure.
