Nanit products are available for purchase in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada at nanit.com and other select retailers. For families outside of these countries, we have partnered with Big Apple Buddy to make Nanit available around the world.
What countries can Nanit be purchased in?
Will Nanit come with the power adapter needed for my country?
The Nanit camera is powered by a standard USB Type-A connector and includes a power adapter to plug into your wall. Nanit cameras purchased in the US, UK, and CA will ship with the correct power adapter for local use. Nanit cameras purchased through Big Apple Buddy will ship with a US power adapter. You may need to use a different adapter or a converter to power Nanit in your country. Nanit supports 110v - 220v and requires at least 2 amps.
Is the Nanit App available in languages besides English?
At this time, the Nanit app is only available in English.
Is Nanit still under warranty when purchased outside of the US, UK, and CA?
All Nanit products purchased through authorized retailers and distributors, including Big Apple Buddy, are eligible for our 1 year limited manufacturer warranty.
Can I return, refund, or exchange Nanit products when purchased outside of the US, UK, and CA?
Yes. Returns, refunds, and exchanges for Nanit products purchased through Big Apple Buddy must be processed through Big Apple Buddy. Please note that Big Apple Buddy charges a $50 fee for processing these requests. You can learn more here.
Nanit support cannot return, refund, or exchange items purchased through Big Apple Buddy.
Can I still access Nanit support when purchasing outside of the US, UK, and CA?
As a Nanit customer, you can reach out to support any time at support.nanit.com for help with product questions, troubleshooting, or general inquiries. Please note that if you need a return, refund, or exchange, you will be directed back to Big Apple Buddy to complete this process.
