The 411 on Dream Feeding Reading In Honor of Sleep Awareness Month, Our Sound + Light Got Even Better 2 minutes Next Ask Me Anything: Fertility

March marks Sleep Awareness Month, a time dedicated to promoting the importance of healthy sleep habits for people of all ages. At Nanit, we understand the crucial role that sleep plays in the well-being of both infants and parents, and we’re committed to empowering families with the tools, data and resources they need to achieve better sleep so that they can lead happier, healthier lives, along with their children.

It’s no secret that our Pro Camera is more than just a baby monitor, but a sophisticated sleep system designed to track and analyze your baby's sleep patterns and offer invaluable information that’ll give you the confidence you need to make informed decisions about your baby's sleep routine. But we’re also proud to offer innovative new features to our Sound + Light Machine that - in coordination with the Pro Camera - supports routines and improves sleep habits, all the while helping you as a parent.

Now, you can now use your Sound + Light device to hear audio from the nursery (or wherever you keep yours) in the Sound + Light App.  Our first-ever audio monitor is a “three-fer” solution that offers a fully customizable nightlight with multiple color features, so that you can signal to baby when it’s time to wake up or wind down, as well as a sound machine with a full library of lullabies and white noise (because did you know that babies who use white noise sleep, on average, two hours longer?)

Our innovative features on Sound + Light also allow parents of older children who may not require visual monitoring a way to stay connected to their little one via audio. Talk about a tiny - but really not so tiny - win.

Pretty soon we’ll be adding even more features to Sound + Light to make setting up your baby (and yourself) for sleep success all the better, including nailing a routine that helps everyone in the house achieve those zzzz’s. It’s just part of the many ways Nanit is dedicated to improving sleep from a holistic perspective - for the parent, the baby and everyone in your family.
