What does Nanit Insights include?
Nanit Insights gives you access to video history, morning and evening highlight reels, sleep tracking, personalized sleep coaching, and breathing motion monitoring (with Nanit Breathing Wear). 1 year of Nanit Insights Premium is included with the Premium First Year Bundle.

Does Nanit Pro require a subscription?
No. Without a subscription, Nanit users can access live view from anywhere, real-time sound and motion notifications, background audio, temperature & humidity, two-way audio, white noise and nature sounds, height tracking (with Nanit Smart Sheets), and up to two users with adjustable permissions.

Which mounting option is right for me?
Both the Nanit Floor Stand and the Nanit Wall Mount will give you a beautiful bird’s-eye view of your crib with safe cable management. The Floor Stand provides a bit more flexibility since it can be used in freestanding mode to monitor babies in cribs or bassinets that are not located against a wall. For accurate Insights, the Floor Stand is recommended to be placed on the long side of the crib. However, if you have a more mobile toddler, the Wall Mount is recommended.

Does Nanit work with Alexa?
Yes! With the Nanit skill, you can ask Alexa about your baby’s night, including how your baby slept, what time they woke up, or even how many times you took them out of the crib last night. With the separate Nanit Show skill, you can see your baby’s livestream on any Echo Show device.

Does Nanit come with a parent unit?
No. Parent units typically have limited ranges, low quality displays, and are one more thing to remember to recharge. With Nanit, you can see your baby’s crystal clear livestream on all of your existing devices, including iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, and Amazon Echo Show.

Is Nanit portable?
Yes! You can easily snap Nanit out of its overhead mount and snap it into the Nanit Flex Stand to allow you to bring Nanit to the next room or take it on-the-go. Nanit remembers up to 10 Wi-Fi networks and reconnects in seconds once you’re back home.

Is Nanit Breathing Wear required for sleep tracking?
No. Nanit’s sleep tracking algorithms can accurately track your baby’s sleep while they are in their regular clothing. Nanit Breathing Wear is only necessary if you wish to monitor your baby’s breathing motion.
