Staff Accountant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for A/R functions such as creating invoices, contacting customers, and posting payments and chargebacks.
• Responsible for A/P functions such as creating bills in bill.com, paying vendors, and setting up wires.
• Invoicing, collecting payment and reconciling new dropship customer accounts.
• Assisting with month-end closing duties when needed, including preparing and posting general ledger journals, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and performing various tasks for accurate financial statements and senior management reports.
• Assisting calculating taxes to customers.
• Assisting with the year-end audit.
• Work closely with other departments to support the company’s processes and growth.
• Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• A bachelor’s in Finance / Accounting or other relevant degree and a CPA/CMA track preferred
• 2+ years’ related experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in A/R, A/P, and General Ledger
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
