Marketing Associate

Nanit is an exciting tech start-up in the heart of Manhattan. We are thinkers and dreamers who have dreamt up the most advanced baby monitor ever…and launched it. Part baby monitor, part baby translator, part sleep guru, Nanit is revolutionizing the industry with computer vision and machine learning capabilities that help parents help their babies sleep better. Because the better your baby sleeps, the more they can achieve.

We are rapidly growing, and our products are already available internationally, with more to come. To help with this growth, Nanit is looking for a sharp and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. This associate will help accelerate user-growth, manage user acquisition campaigns across different channels, and improve marketing ROI while reducing CAC.

The ideal candidate will be able to toggle between multiple projects concurrently, and be able to execute assignments quickly and efficiently. You will be an integral part of our growth strategy, helping build and execute marketing campaigns, new sales channels, working events and all the other tasks that startup tech companies need to do. The role reports to the Director of Marketing.

The Job:

• Actively manage and implement user acquisition campaigns against established objectives across multiple channels (Facebook, Google, Instagram and more)
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals, produce insights for our website and blog that attract and convert our target groups
• Experiment with acquisition channels – content creation, PPC, event management, publicity, lead gen campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and more
• Facilitate the on-boarding of new retailers, from completing setup forms to putting product pages together on retailer websites, to training store associates.
• Get your hands dirty – the marketing associate must be a team player, willing to learn and do projects that move the business forward. There’s no such thing as “staying in your lane” here.

Desired skills and experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing positions, preferably at a consumer product, tech, internet, or an advertising firm, but not a must
• Experience in a user acquisition focused role
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Have experience in copywriting/creative testing
• Good oral, written and multicultural communication skills
• Detail oriented and well organized with a “can do” attitude
• Self-motivated, business-driven and passionate about supporting Nanit as a disruptor in the IOT and baby industries
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, startup environment
• BS/BA required in Marketing, Business or a related technical field
