The Complete Monitoring System contains everything you’ll need to get started with monitoring your baby’s sleep and breathing motion, up to 3 months old or 15 pounds. As your baby grows, if you’d like to continue monitoring breathing motion, you will need to add Breathing Wear in a larger size, as the Bundle contains a Starter Pack for babies up to 15 pounds. Also, if your baby can roll over on their own, you should not use the Nanit Swaddle - only use the Breathing Band to track breathing motion.
This bundle includes everything you need to monitor and track your baby, their sleep, and their breathing motion. The Nanit Plus camera sees everything happening in and around the crib, with stunning clarity. And with Breathing Wear, that same camera can monitor your baby's breathing motion, simply by reading the customized patterns on the fabric. Also included is the multi-stand, for taking your Nanit to the bassinet, grandma’s house, or wherever your baby travels.

Does the Bundle contain everything I’ll ever need?
Does Nanit Breathing Wear contain any electronics?
No. Breathing Wear products are made of 100% cotton, and contain no electronics, wires, or sensors. The unique pattern on Breathing Wear products was custom-designed to enable the Nanit Plus camera to accurately track your baby’s breathing motion. The Nanit Plus camera analyzes subtle movements of this unique pattern using smart algorithms which can detect your baby’s breathing motion and alert you if no breathing motion is detected in their crib.
Which Breathing Wear product should I use and when?
If your baby is starting to roll over, or if they begin to wiggle their arms out of the Nanit Swaddle, discontinue use and transition to the Nanit Breathing Band. The Nanit Swaddle can only be used with babies who cannot roll over on their own. The Breathing Band can be used on any baby, from 0-24 months, by using the appropriate size. Size Small for babies 0-3 months or 6-15 pounds. Size Large for babies 3-24 months or 13-30 pounds.
Is the Nanit Swaddle hip healthy?
Yes! The International Hip Dysplasia Institute acknowledges the Nanit Swaddle as a "hip-healthy" product when used as directed.
- How do I put the Nanit Swaddle on my baby?
Can my baby wear other clothes under/over the Nanit Swaddle?
When using the Nanit Swaddle, make sure not to have too many layers of clothes on your baby to prevent overheating. Babies should wear lightweight clothes and not feel warm to the touch. In order for breathing motion monitoring to work properly, the Breathing Wear pattern must be in clear sight of the camera with nothing obscuring the pattern. Always be sure to follow safe sleep practices.
NEVER use the Nanit Swaddle in combination with the Breathing Band.
Can I use the Breathing Band on top of a swaddle?
No. The Breathing Band should never be worn on top of a swaddle. The Breathing Band must always be worn underneath your baby’s arms, around their torso, otherwise it could pose a suffocation or strangulation hazard.
When should I stop using the Nanit Breathing Band?
The Nanit Breathing Band is designed to track breathing motion for babies up to 24 months old. For older children with curious fingers, position the Breathing Band so that the flap is on your baby’s back and out of reach to ensure a secure fit overnight.

Does sleep tracking work on Multi-Stand?

Does breathing motion monitoring work on Multi-Stand?

Can I see the whole room while using the Multi-Stand?
Yes! While on the Multi-Stand, Nanit automatically switches to a 130° wide-angle lens.
